Goodbye Facebook

You may have noticed, if you care about such things, that I deleted my Facebook account. There are multiple reasons for this, the main one being that I lack time to maintain the account; I am a part time writer so every minute I can save elsewhere goes toward the creation of fiction. In addition to this, I found myself wasting more time there than is advisable; that's what they call a "timesuck."

However, I am still active on Twitter and right here on my main site where I will attempt to post more often. If you'd like to contact me, click the "Contact" tab above for an email address.

Just tonight, I got to wondering, "Hey! What the heck happened to Dave?" Now I know! Sorry to see you bail; I need all the sane, cool people there I can find. Glad you're in good sorts though, and that it was a move inspired by commitment to creative pursuits.

Yeah, I miss the cool people from over there, like you, Chris. :) Thanks for the kind words and don't be a stranger.

Hey Dave, I started noticing you weren't on Facebook anymore and was sorry to see you go. I always enjoyed your posts. There aren't a lot of people who like the same stuff as I do. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that you are missed there. I do understand your reasoning though. It can eat up a lot of time. I'm not on twitter so I'll check in here more often. Good luck with the writing.
